Today is Pink Saturday and Bev from How Sweet The Sound is hosting a very Pink day. This time of year I look forward to Corn on the Cob.
Fireworks,
Watching a local parade or two.
Seeing our flag waving against the blue sky.
Admiring the town gazebos and lampposts decorated for the 4th.
Love seeing people's doorsteps and porches look as American as apple pie. 
Have I ever told you what great apple pie my Grandmother always made?

That picture of the baby holding a cup of coffee and an apple pie is so cute Karen, it made me laugh:>) I just love the colors of our flag and i still get an occasional tear in my eye when I see the flag flyng in the breeze, I love it so much. Happy 4th, I hope you get your fill of corn on the cob and good times my friend!
