Pink RosesSummer days are slipping by, and I couldn't help but think about all the pink flowers that I have enjoyed so far.

Pink RosesAs lovely as the pink blossoms are, sometimes they are fragile in the rain.

Pink RosesAs I walked through the garden after the rain, I thought of how I can find my refreshment when I spend time with God in the garden. Being thankful for the gift of His beauty all around me.

My creation

Pink RosesAs the years have taught me, I try to spend time with God before the storms. And the storms do come when we least expect it. The song for this post is Flower in The Rain. This song is sung by one of my favorite singers and songwriters, Jaci Valasquez.

My creation

"The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him."

Exodus 15:2, King James

Pink Roses

Pink RosesPlease feel free to pick the flowers from this post as my gift to you.

  19. Can't get enough of all the beautiful pink and your encouraging thoughts. For some reason, I can't hear the songs playing while here in London, so I'll look forward to that back in Houston. Licensing restrictions, I guess....
