Lavender Dreams

I was



in search of inspiration,



rainbows,



and fairy gardens.



Driving down a sweet little country road,



I found fields of lavender.



What a wonderful world we live in,



when we realize that there is magic all around us.



Inside the most enchanted cottage I found everything Lavender.



Bees were humming, butterflies were gliding and my mind swirled with paintings.



My adventure led me to sweet Cape Cod Lavender Farm.



I left with a bouquet of Lavender,



and sweet inspirations scented



with the aroma of Lavender dreams.

Mosaic Monday,

oday is Mosaic Monday, and Mary from Little Red House, is hosting this lovely day.







As I drove along the country roads today, I was swept away with floods of memories.



Our roads are speckled with Tiger Lilies everywhere, and the sight of them brought me back in time.



When I was a young woman, I remember arriving at my mother's driveway in The Hamptons.



Welcomed by the hundreds of Tiger Lilies that lined the path and greeted me before I reached my mother's door.



Nearby we have a beautiful daylily farm that I love to visit this time of year.





Lilies are such a strong and beautiful flower.



Forever the Tiger Lilies



will remind me of beautiful summers spent with my mother and my sisters in the Hamptons.
