Nesting in January


The move from our apartment into a cute little house nearby went beautifully.  When we arrived I noticed bluebirds just outside my window…a reminder about my bluebird of happiness.

I found a wonderful song that lifts my spirits about the Bluebird of Happiness to share with you.



We unpacked every box and then my daughter Sarah and Mike arrived for a visit.



We had a wonderful visit and then they flew home just in time before the snow storm hit the Northeast.  It's chilly here but no snow blowers needed here!

Little by little I have been decorating and creating familiar vignettes.  Doing my favorite thing, nesting.

    I'm glad you are settling in, Karen, and finding "home" again! You will enjoy the weather there very much in Spring and I know it will bring you a lot of inspiration!
