Happy Birthday Susan

Dear Susan,

I hope you have the best birthday. I wish I was there, we could go have ice cream and cake together.


I was thinking about what we could do if wishes came true today. I think I would pick you and Lynne up and we would drive to the Hampton's and sit by the ocean with a picnic lunch and reminisce. We could sit by Cooper's Beach and watch the ocean and the sunset, listen to the local radio station , be alone together and just be sisters, to laugh about all the young days.

Then we could stay over night in some gorgeous little place and be totally pampered in the Hampton's sort of way. Then we would ride the Jitney into New York and take a class together at the Tinsel Trading Company. I would take you to that cute little Italian restaurant for lunch before we would have to say goodbye.

Susan, I cherished you from the day you were born, you have been my inspiration and my joy. You always make me laugh and create the most wonderful inspiration in life. I am so proud of you and I love you so much. I hope your day is filled with wonder and love.
