Spread The Love Award

I just love Alison's blog. It is one of those blogs that I look forward to reading, and I am alway so pleased when she comments on my post. Alison Gibbs is from St. Martha, Victoria, Australia and she gave me this Spread the Love Award. She really made my day yesterday when she gave this to me. Thanks Alison.

"When you receive it you are in turn supposed to award it to someone else. The award is for spreading love, support, and blogginess to those people and blogs that make you happy and in turn, make others want to spread some of that good stuff around too*!* You are to then go to leave them a comment letting them know that you left them a little tidbit on your blog”

When all the world seems to have forgotten the kindness of words, there is this place I know that is filled with tenderness called Blogland. A place where we receive awards for just being ourselves, journaling and sharing photographs of our daily life. Blessed are we to meet new people every day and peek into the chapters of their lives and befriend them by just leaving a kind word. There are some people who really make me happy just to see the poetry of their lives, written in their blogs, sharing little gifts that make me smile...

The lovely Suze from Suze Views always spreads love, and support. I love Penny from Lavender Studio, I always leave her blog feeling happy. Lynda from Hedgegrow Hollow has a very special blog so full of inspiration, and Kari and Kijsa are so much fun and who's blog always inspires me. When I see Lynn's smiling face on my post I always smile, her blog, Life At Cedar Hill and The Vintage Nest is as warm and lovely as Lynn.

My Grandmother's sister FrancesYesterday I was in search of inspiration and took a ride to the wonderful Wilson Farm. I was in search of flowers, and I found just that...

Have a Happy Day

While you are here take home some flowers.

While I was taking photographs of all the flowers, I picked up some linzer cookies and I also brought home a lovely bouquet of tulips.

My creation

Visiting Wilson Farm is always a good idea, whether picking up some produce or some yummy bakery goods. I always enjoy their flowers this time of year. I can't wait until Spring and then their gardens, and grounds come alive with beautiful eye candy. Easter is quite wonderful there too.

The song for this post is Jasimine tea of happiness" in honor of my friend Suze, who will share a cuppa some day with me.

Thank You Karen for this award. I am honored and humbled. I always enjoy visiting your blog. It's so much fun and lots of eye candy. I am doing a post now about it. Have a super great day. Oh My....I love the tulip photos. I am trying to force some hyacinths to bloom but it's taking forever so I may have to go out and buy some tulips. I noticed today my daffodils are up a couple of inches.

Hi Karen,
I wanted to take some time to visit and comment on your wonderful kindness. Your comments on my collaged boxes post and the scrumptious cupcake you sent me totally uplifted my spirits. You bring me so much encouragement and positive energy. I love you for that.
And your mosaics, your pictures, your sharing - wow - totally bring me hope :D Particularly last week when we had temperatures of -49 C, 58 below on the F scale.

Sending you many blessings Karen and red haired angels too,
Wendy XO
