A Little Somethin Somethin and a Mother's Day Wish

These garden photos were taken in my garden last Mother's Day

I was reading Dawn's blog, another new favorite place of mine to visit in Blogland. Her blog is so gorgeous and full of wonderful inspiration. The name of her blog is The Feathered Nest. She had a thankful post the other day and offered a beautiful graphic design to use for Mother's Day. It was her way of showing her gratitude for her friends in Blogland.

What a good idea! So, I think that this bit of love and thankfulness is worth copying. So here is a little somethin, somethin from me to you.

To pass this wonderful gesture along, I would love to offer this vase and flower painting, which I called Abundance. A bit of showing my thankfulness for all of you who visit me with comments that make me smile every day, and for those of you who visit me and read my blog...

Please accept my gift of this image to use for cards, tags, include it in your artwork, or print it out and pop it into a frame. I tried it myself from my husband's computer, and it prints very nicely all the way up to an 8 x 10 image.

The artwork is from an original oil painting which sits on my easel in my home, shown on my sidebar category called A Place To Meditate.

Just highlight the image in this post to enlarge it, and then right click your mouse and save it to your computer.

Have a lovely day. Thank you for the abundance of smiles that you bring to me every day. Oh, and celebrating thanks wouldn't be complete without sharing music, what better gift than definitely Unexpected.

Blessings, Karen

I hope that your Mother's Day is filled with a garden of wonderful memories.

Happy Mother's Day

Karen, you are such a sweetheart to share this lovely painting with us. I will use it with pride.

This song brings me so many memories. It was popular when I was in high school - I believe it was The Lettermen version back then.
