Marie De Fete

Save the date! Marie De fête is on November 18th thru the 22nd on the enchanting Gabriela Delworth's blog.

Gabriela says:

"There will also be a surprise giveaway…soon to be announced. How to get a chance to win it? All you need to do is leave your comments during the four-day event to participate in a draw. I assume you won’t want to miss a day! Present yourself, tell us why you are a Marie Antoinette fan and how much you are enjoying the event. Remember to add your email address to your comments. I will announce the winner on the fourth day of the event."

I can't wait, I am creating some pretty frocks that would please Marie Antionette Couture.

Mark your calendars, and stop by HERE to visit Gabriela to read about this wonderful event.

If you would like to display Gabriela's button on your sidebar to let all of your friends know about this lovely day...

The song for this post is concerto 3 harpsicord.

Hi Karen,
I really really enjoyed reading about the new book by Harriet Reisen. I will be ordering it as soon as I finish this note to you.
So Glad I found your site, I just got a big box of old papers and photos and stuff stuff, from E'bay, Boy between that and the thrift stores , well you know. Been making cards and a cooking scrapbook, and reg. scrapbook. So YOU HAVE GIVEN ME LOTS OF GOOD IDEAS AND I THANK YOU.

Just posted a picture of a bunch of paper stuff I won on E'bay. I lost the bid on an 8 pound box of paper goods. I wonder what I missed? Now what to do with it all. That is my second win, the first one had two scrap books in it from the 1930's. I posted a picture of that a few days ago.
Now if I could just make things as pretty as you do I would be a happy crafter.
