I had exhausted all the inspiration I could muster in my books and magazines. So, I was in need of some French inspiration...there I was lost in the lovelies on etsy in France.
When all of a sudden I found Lilla Lotta.
Her shop is wonderful and wait until you see her blog. "Our little shop has a selection of handmade cotton tapes and fabric goodness!" Her handmade goodness is shown in her gallery HERE.
She writes:
"Living under the big blue sky in the South of France. Totally lost in a sleepy little village in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Mothering a herd of 5 young children. And being creative in the midst of endless laundry."
Sigh...except for the laundry part, I love her life.
Ann Barrow says that she lives in a paintbox and here are some of the results in her gallery.
So, if you feel dreamy on this rainy Sunday, just mozy on over to Ann's blog, and spend some time in the South of France.
Thanks, Karen, for the little bit of France! I need it, too! I'm heading over...happy Sunday...Debbie
