Anything Goes

love old music,

Vintage finds,

Antique trims and

French notions.

When I am not visiting Brimfield's Antique Market,

I am usually in some old shop.

Browsing Vintage trims,

or some interesting elegant find.

So, in honor of my Great Aunt Adelaide...

I just opened up a shop of Vintage finds.

Aunt Adelaide was the most elegant of ladies.

Always dressed in her finest.

Anything goes today, whether wearing a Vintage find or creating a lovely vignette in your home with one.

I hope that you enjoy Aunt Adelaide's Attic on etsy.

The  name of the song for this post is Anything Goes.

KAREN!!! THIS IS FANTASTIC! You have inspired me to do something with my grandmother.....she grew up around this same time. There is such a rich treasure of beauty in the memory of our elders. Your aunt is lovely and all of the trims and antiques with which you celebrate her life are TDF....thank you sweet friend. ENJOY THIS FABULOUS MONDAY! Anita

Look at all your wonderful pieces!!! I really love the "french belting". It looks like what I call "grosgrain ribbon" (my favorite kind of ribbon). Is it the same thing or something completely different?
