So, it all started when my sister Lynne and her husband were here for a visit. Lynne loves the movie Hocus Pocus, which was filmed in Salem, Massachusetts.
Off we went for a day trip, and as often as I have visited this historical and fun town, I have never actually seen the house that they used for the movie...until our day together.
Right after Lynne left, I missed her already, and I went to buy a little gift to send to her. I went to this wonderful old fabric mill.
OMG, I never knew about Alexander Henry Fabric Collection. I spotted this fabric from across the room, and knew it was soooooooooo perfectly Lynne.
and a few funky buttons to match.
I thought it was just the right amount of magic to add to her inspiration.
I know that she'll turn this into something magical.
When I returned from shopping I did a little research about this fabric design and others. One design after another and I was totally in love.
I guess you could say that this fabric collection has cast a spell on me, and filled me with fabric inspiration.
My sister Lynne, and my brother-in-law, Steve are visiting my sister Susan and her husband Bob in Pennsylvania. If I pop this package in the mail today, it will be there when she arrives home in North Carolina.
The song for this post is I Put A Spell On You from the movie Hocus Pocus.
Have a magical weekend,
