A Meditation Inspiration

Meditation

The door to meditation can be found in a quiet place,

It can be found inside a sanctuary.

Often it can be heard in the lyrics of a song.

or in the sound of a babbling brook.

Nature holds the secret door open to meditation,

whether  we walk through adversity,

or when we are walking in thanksgiving.

Some days we can find God reflected in everything around us.

Other days we need to search God's Word and pray for God's Grace.

The door to meditation can be found in many places.

When I meditate and go home for a while, I always come away comforted or happy.

I had the hardest time finding just the right music for this post. All the songs I found were so sad.

I never feel sad after spending time with the Lord.

This music expresses how I feel after I have spent time alone with God.

May your day be filled with His presence and His Grace.

Beautiful Karen, I love the old fence, and the babbling brook. We can find so much peace in our surroundings. Hugs to you, hope you have a joyous weekend.

Beautiful....I love the door to the stone house. I went hiking with my sister a few weeks ago and we walked by a lovely rushing stream. I thought, it would be a place I would love to come and sit and day dream.
