It's funny when an idea begins, like a theme or a prompt. This week's Spoonflower's prompt was Sea Creatures, and to create the design in a non-symetrical pattern called a Ditsy design. Ashley and her magical seahorse, named Ditsy is my entry
for this week's contest, on Spoonflower Fabrics.

ASHLEY AND HER MAGICAL SEAHORSE |
So, when some ideas began to visit about seahorses and memories of when my girls were little,

Once upon a time in Hong Kong at Christmastime |
I went down the path to when love meets inspiration and...

PRINCESS ASHLEY AND THE MAGICAL SEAHORSES |
I followed along.

SEAHORSE RACE |
I just ordered a swatch sampler of my new fabric collection on Spoonflower called
Seahorses and Sea Creatures. Did you know that Simone Seahorse loves to swim in a sea of Paris Blue French Script?
When the collection sample arrives, I will post how it prints on fabric. Walking through memories of when my girls were little and putting them on fabric is such a delight. These fabrics will be available for sale soon on my
Spoonflower shop and
French Script on Etsy.

Oh yes the song, Simone Seahorse just loves this music.
What darling little girls they were! I'm sure that they are still darling girls all grown up. Sweet fabric and I am not at all surprised that the seahorse loves the French script. =)

Oh how beautiful, Karen, and what wonderful memories of when your daughters were little ones. Love, love, love!
What precious photos of your girls! Don't you sometimes miss those little people? Sigh. I have a blonde and a brunette too:>)
Adorable girls!
And the fabric is so sweet too! Very imaginative but just perfect.

Sheila, Thank you so much. I have tried several times to find your e-mail to send you a thank you. You are my first reply to a comment.
Thank you Anita, you always encourage me. I can't wait until you turn your magical designs into fabric. Maybe during summer break.
Kathy,
I only wish I could keep all the children that I have had, when I consider how many little people they were as they grew up. There have been many days that I wish those little girls would run in the house and make me smile. They still make me smile, but it would be nice to keep all the chapters wouldn't it?
Thank you Terri, I love designing children's fabrics.
Karen, these are enchanting! Precious photos of your girls. ~ Sarah
