I bought some wonderful flowers the other day at the supermarket. Peach roses and pink hydrangeas.
I was trying to get some work down, and kept getting distracted with how pretty they were.
So, I started to take some photos. Then when I uploaded the photos to the computer, I started playing with my digital paintbox. Never did get to finish my work, but I definitely enjoyed this bouquet.
Today is Pink Saturday, and Bev from How Sweet The Sound is hosting, so please stop by and read all the pink posts.
The song for this post is So This is Love, the French version.
I also purchased some lovely tag templates from Sarah Gardner. Love her things. Then I designed a new header for my Facebook. It was a daydreamy day, and although I got some other things done, I never did get back to what I had intended to do. I think there might have been a creative muse spell on that bouquet.
These are matching shades of pink. I've grown a lot of hydrangeas over the years but I've never seen any this pretty pale pink. Happy Saturday!
Your flowers are beautiful, no wonder you were distracted :)
Good morning Karen,

Oh, Karen, I can so relate to having a bouquet of flowers occupy my whole day! I am fascinated by the card you made with the tree shape. How did you do that? Just LOVE it! I think I'm going to go in search of some pink hydrangeas today!
