It's that time of year when we create calendar tea towels to print on Linen-Cotton Canvas for Spoonflower's annual tea towel contest.
I just love this song...
The Tea Towel design called Welcome 2015 without text.
Both versions of the design can be found in my Kitchen Tea Towels by the yard fabric collection. I used the calendar design with the word Welcome for this year's contest entry.
As I listen to the words of a song that was sung during the WW II, I can't help but think how we need these words today.
As we welcome the new year, let's expect miracles. No let's plan on receiving miracles.
I had to share a new photo of Brayden. I took this one when Ashley and the boys were visiting. I just get lost in Brayden's eyes.
Have a beautiful day.
What beautiful blues! My eyes are bright blue...and so were my Dad's and so are my mother's! I love the pretty linen calendar! Enjoy your day!
I would get lost in those buttery little cheeks! Brayden is just so precious! I have always loved your cottage of abundance painting, I still have the copy you sent me famed and hanging in my bedroom. It makes a lovely tea towel!
Oh Karen, this song....you are so right, we need this song NOW, in our world, in our country, in our communities where children are no longer as safe as they once were here. I love the plan for a miracle. I believe that many miracles are up to us. Oh, I am going to take this wonderful quote to heart....and Braydon's eyes are GORGEOUS! Beautiful painting as always my friend!
I am absolutely blown away by the swans and sparkles and the expression on that graphic...to the point of tears, Karen. Thank you for using your imagination and talents and sharing them. The calendar is so pretty and abundance is a very good thing for it means that we have more than enough so we can share.
That little guy is adorable!
