The setting was the actual barn at Mesa Farm in Rutland, Massachusetts.
The angel choir was made up of mostly adorable children. They were wonderful.
Such a beautiful nativity.
I just couldn't believe how they could transform this barn into such a magical scene.
The audience sat on bales of hay and watched this beautiful performance. The costumes, music and narration almost made you forget that you were cold. We all left with warm hearts and a lovely reminder of the meaning of Christmas.
At the end everyone had hot chocolate and cookies, and left with the feeling of Christmas.
Today is day 16 of the Christmas countdown.
I love the Nutcracker Ballet. The girls and I have gone to so many performances over the years. Please take home this artwork as my gift for stopping by.
My friend, Anita of Castles, Crowns and Cottages has a lovely post today that truly captures the heart of Christmas.
