Project Blogway

There are two amazing ladies in Blogland that are so talented, it makes my head spin. Now, I have to admit when this challenge was first posted, I thought I can't possibly design anything that would even resemble the creativity that Terisa from Sabii Wabii and Lisa from A Whimsical Bohemian would exude. Yet, I loved the idea, so I closed my eyes and searched for paper that might suit my mood. A dress made of paper, such a lovely idea.
Although I adore fashion design and sketching dresses, I can't sew. Yup, I can't even thread a sewing machine needle and I failed Bobbins in Home Ec. But hand me some paper, and ladies I am in my planet. So, I got out my double-sided tape, and my hole puncher, a few brads, some hand-made paper and I got inspired. I thought about Paris, a girl named Louise and a serenade by none other than Mr. Maurice Chavalier.
Project Blogway will begin tomorrow, and if you would like to join in on the fun, please go to Lisa's blog and leave a comment and send her an e-mail. She will add you to the list that will be published on her blog tomorrow.
OUISE is my model, and she is very French. She has flown all the way from Paris to be my model. So, if you would like to meet her, and see my very French frock...come back tomorrow.
Shhhhhhhhhh, I'm desiging and I think I hear Heidi coming.
See you tomorrow!
Sounds intriguing...now I have to check it out Karen.
The anticipation is killing me. LOL...Mary
Oh Karen I'm so curious to see what you come up with! Perfect song for this post!
I have seen Hi Lili many years ago, but I still can recall that song vividly. My name LiLi M. comes from another song; Lili Marlene.
I'll be back tomorrow - I can't wait to see your latest creation.
Oh! I SO wanted to do this but just did not have time. I can't wait to see what you came up with though. This does sound like so much fun!
OH! This sounds like it is going to be GOOD! Can't wait to see what you come up with...
Hugs,
Penny
Can't wait to see what you're doing. Mimi
