You have a gorgeous garden~obviously you gather a lot of inspiration here and I would too! Love your peonys, petunias and impatiens, but most of all, your watercolors. They are all of your flowers washed with love.
What a beautiful post! Everything you've shared here is an inspiration to a nature lover. Your photos and paintings are absolutely wonderful. Thanks so much for the passion of pink!
Hi Karen The photos of the flowers are absolutely gorgeous! I am anxious to see spring in full bloom. Hope you have a great weekend. We are off to help our daughter install laminate florring in her house. I hope it's as easy as everyone says it is! Hugs, Rhondi
As I scrolled up your blog, I thought, "is that a pink peony? Looks like a pink peony". I love them...more than roses. They smell so sweet. I, too, am longing for spring. We still have mounds of snow, but tomorrow is March, and with that, spring. Happy Pink Saturday, Karen! hugs, Kathleen
Those pink peonies took my breath away! They are one of my favorite flowers with freesia being the other followed by hydrangeas and lilies and roses and...
Peonies are my favorite flowers. Everything about them, the lushness of the blooms, the scent...can't wait until mine come back this year. Your photos are gorgeous! Happy Pink Saturday.
It is raining here today, too. I am gazing out the window by my desk, and everything looks wet and stark. But, I know spring is just around the corner. I'm longing to see your pink peonies again soon.

Hi Karen, what a beautiful post, I could almost smell the sweetness of the pink peonys. The hues and shades are amazing. I too long for spring flowers. Happy march. Thank you for always reminding me of Pink saturday. hugs Margie.
Your garden is so delightful. I can imagine you seated there with a friend or family member enjoying pleasant conversation or just reading a book...more likely drawing. Peonies are such amazing flowers. I only wished that their season would be longer.
I can't decide which took my breath away more. The pink peonies or the dovecoat. Where did you get the dovecoat? I have wanted one for so long & this oneis heavenly. Please share your source.
I love impatiens because they are about the only flower that grows well where I live! I don't get enough sun and they thrive in the dappled sunlight that I do get.
The close of the flower stamen is exquisite! Once I feel more comfortable with my SLR camera I want to buy a good close up lens.
Still very cold here and ourt snow did not melt much.
I almost fainted at the photo of the pink peony! I love these flowers almost more than roses. Your photos are stunning!!

What gorgeous flowers! I just LOVE Peonies but they just don't grow in the heat of Southern California.
I can buy then at the Flower Mart downtown but they are $10 for 2 flowers!
