AH! Newport is one of our favorite places. We lived in Mass. for 11 years to go to school and Newport was a vacation spot for us many times. I remember the little cottage by the sea, covered in roses. Life is beautiful on the east coast! Blessings, Anita

Do you live in RI? I didn't know that! My sister live in Jamestown. I have boated up to the docks in Newport of have lunch from their house in Jamestown! While visiting her we were just about to your the Breakers when we got a phone call that our plane reservations were changed and we had to leave and head to the airport. We had only gotten into the second room of the mansion.

You captured Newports beauty perfectly.
Hugs,
Penny

I adore Newport. That bridge has had a magical quality to it since I was a child. My sisters and I had a girl's weekend there with our mom last fall and we plan to go again this year. Thank you for the beautiful reminder of a special place. ~Kathy

HI Karen, I received my beautiful journal page today. I love it. I am going to put it in a frame, and place it on my desk in my living room. Your lovely art, and my Mom's favorite saying, combined, make a cherished piece I will always treasure. Your love and radiance just shine! Thank you so much for such a thoughtful rememberance. This post was just beautiful and took me away to Newport. You have a way with photos, words and music. Thank you!

I also wanted to thank you for the Journal page I recieved in the mail today. It was more than I imagined! I will be posting about it soon and I truly thank you my friend, for giving me a piece of your precious art. :-)

I just read your post about your collaboration with Elyse and I think it is wonderful. I am off to your shop to view more of the finished product (and of course, her blog). Thank you again!

Hi Karen!
Did you receive my photo from Long Beach at Manchester-by-the-sea? I sent it to your email (no-reply...) Does that mean that you don't receive emails at that address? I am so new to this that I make mistakes! I just wanted to share that photo with you since I am very well acquainted with the North Shore of Boston. What bliss! Anita

Beautiful photos of Newport, Karen. I'd like to go back again. We were there with my daughter a few years ago and visited the mansions and went sailing too. I so love that place!
