Today is Pink Saturday and Bev from How Sweet The Sound is hosting, and if you stop by, you will read today's Pink Posts.
I love little things. I love collecting them, and creating little paintings.
I love remembering memories from when I was little.
And I enjoy the little pleasures in life.
So, you can imagine my surprise when a little box was in my mailbox today.
A little box sent to me by KDottie Designs.
I was so excited to open up this gift.
I was one of the winners for Caren's Pink Saturday giveaway.
You know what was inside this little box filled with pink frillies?
The sweetest little dish.
That looks so sweet next to my little tea set.
Thank you Caren, I just love it! Oh, and do you know what is in Caren's little shop on etsy?
Little Fairy Doors, awwwwwa!
"K dotties is the creative endeavor of mother and daughter, Caren and Ashley Krupinski."
The song for this post is la vie en rose. The lovely little French accents for this post were purchased from Two Peas In A Bucket.
Have a lovely little Pink Weekend.
Happy Pink Saturday! You & I both posted early tonight. I have a busy day & did not want to be late. Love the little dish you got in the mail. Don't you just love to get packages especially from Blogland! Also, thank you for the lead on the movie Ink Heart. We watched it tonight. CUTE! Have a great weekend.

What a sweet little dish. La Vie en Rose was my parents song....everytime I hear it I think of the two of them dancing in the living room when it came on the radio.....thank you for the great memory this morning.

Congratulations on your winning! And yes it does sit perfectly on your tea set :-)
Happy Pink saturday!
Karen ~ Thank you so much for including me in your post today! It was also nice of you to include my fairy doors. You are too sweet! Your post is beautiful as always.
My sweet Karen! First off all, your painting, "When I was a little girl" reminds me of when I WAS A LITTLE GIRL! I had long black hair and fair skin, exactly like that little wonder in the painting! Secondly, congratulations on such a lovely win! I must also check out those fairy doors. I have finished chapter II of my thesis and another large assignment; no it is on to chapter III. My summer is just about eaten up, but one thing I am enjoying is great weather. My husband also might take me to Boston in August!!!! I will be back posting next week. Take care lovely one, Anita

Hi Karen,
What a lovely pink Saturday post you have today. I too love little treasure that can be used for accents here and there around the home. Lovely collectible that make a house a home and bring special memories past and present to mind.
Love the sweet little dish you received in the mail. What a perfect little blessing to display aside your tea set.
I also loved your post below of the geraniums. One of my favorties to plant each year. This season I planted all red and some pinks. They do so well in our Texas heat. But, your paintings are pure joy to see. I love your design and work around this pretty flower.
As always, thank you for the inspiration. Nice to see you today and thank you for stopping by.
Have a nice weekend.
Hugs, Celestina Marie

Hi Karen! I found your blog through Rhondi at Rose Colored Glasses. It's a joy to see. I'll be spending some time checking out all your posts! I particularly love your photograpy and your use of Photoshop. I'm an avid CS3 user, and I love seeing the work of other computer graphics fans. What model of camera do you use? Your photographs are stellar!
