Today is Pink Saturday and Bev from How Sweet The Sound hosts this lovely pink event each week.
There was a hint of Autumn in the air today, and I started remembering that the gardens here soon will be gone and replaced with fall wreaths on the front doors and pumpkins on the front steps.
It's time for me to redo my inspirational baker's rack.
and to change the wreath on the front door.
Lots of pink inspiration will be harder to find.
Pink inspiration is always so near during the summer months.
Well, I can always paint pink...
Have a lovely Pink Saturday.
The song for this post is Love Letters.
Please make a visit to Suzanne of The Shabby Tiara. I love weddings and her post today is pretty in pink "Here Comes The Bride" terrific.
I just wanted to tell you how special you are! (In case no one has told you today) Also I really liked the window picture also. You have such a beautiful "eye" for things like that! I guess that is why God picked you to be such a great artist...blessings from the Lord, Sharon
Your garden gate painting and your collage are both wonderful. You are right there are lesser pinks nowadays, perhaps the sedums and the hydrangea's and don't forget the echinacea's! Well you still manage to make beautiful posts Karen, have a great pink saturday!
I always enjoy seeing what pretty things you do withyour bakers rack Karen. I like the idea of having a place for inspirational goodies and a small area that is easy to change out when I want to decorate.
L♥ve your pink goodies this week. Just when I think I have enough pink in my life I participate in Pink Saturday and see even more sweet things I’d enjoy having in my home or flowers for my gardens or just to look at☺ What could be better than the color pink dancing in your head all morning?
Thanks so much for sharing. Hoping your weekend is filled with sunshine and the comfort of those you love and who love you.
I love the wreath on your door. The pinks this week are so pretty, but I have to say I think the fall hues on your door will be gorgeous. Just love all the golds, ambers, greens and oranges, Happy Pink Saturday, Char I don't know if you checked my blog and entered the shabbylaneshop giveaway. If not, please do, it's a once a month giveaway and the theme will change each month. The are many of us vendors from there that donated lots of wonderful goodies, Good luck
Hi, Karen! I love this post and all the pink! I have a pink room that is all mine! My creative space, my refuge from the world. I hear pink is making a big come back in decorating circles. Some of us know the joy of ALWAYS keeping pink in our lives! ;-)
Oh Karen! As always sweetie such a beautiful Pink Saturday post. I just love the inspirational bakers rack, it is so beautiful. I really love the little flags that hang from it. Your wreath was gorgeous. It would make anyone want to come home. I would knock for sure. I love most of all though, you picture of the flower shop. You can see the vehicle in the window, and it looks as though one is pondering as to whether or not to go in. Maybe they needed flowers for a specific reason you know? That picture is gorgeous, and I so loved it. Thanks for sharing sweetie. You are a fabulous artist. Beautiful eye candy pink. I would love to own that painting you did with the pinks. Oh my gosh, how beautiful it is. You are so detailed. Have a wonderful day sweetie. Please stop by and let me share my PS post with you. You will have fun. Country hugs, Sherry
