This Mother's Day weekend will be busy. 
I will have a Mother's Day breakfast with my daughter, Ashley.
Then my daughter, Sarah and I will head up North to visit my mom in Vermont.

My dear, these pink blooms remind me of the magical walks Ruben and I would make in Beverly, Mass. when we lived there. Many of the homes and their lawns would be covered in these same pink flowers at this time. I had never seen the likes of these trees in Los Angeles, where we lived prior to Mass. Now we have our OWN crabapple in our front yard and it is stunning. This mother's day will be sad for me; my momma is gone for 25 years, but I can rejoice in what she left me.....memories of the kindest soul that I ever knew.

Thank you for sharing a bit of you Mother's Day plans. I wish our daughters lived close enough for me to have lunch with them. I wish my wonderful mother was still with me. You have such blessings and I know you are thankful for them.

Oh what a gorgeous share today. I have so enjoyed my stroll through the PINK gardens. The blooms are so magnificent and I so enjoyed strolling through them with you. The laughter and conversation, so beautiful. I never tire of friendship sweet one.
