This Christmas I am turning my blog into an Advent calendar, so I can give you a Christmas surprise every day until Christmas. Every day I will post downloadable artwork for you to use as my gift.
Today's gift is actually two gifts. If you are like me, I always give calendars for Christmas.

The second calendar is called Birds of a Feather Tea Time. Filled with bluebirds and teapots, this one would make a lovely kitchen calendar. You can click HERE to download Advent Day 3 Calendar, Birds of a Feather.

Both calendars were created as 8" x 10"prints on an 8.5" x 11" sheet. You can trim them so that they fit perfectly in an 8 x 10" frame.
Today is Mosaic Monday, and I wanted to create a mosaic to join and see what Mary was up to over at Little Red House.
During the Christmas season, I will be creating more gift tags, Christmas stationery, and all kinds of art for you to use. You can give the art as gifts, decorate your home or use on your Christmas crafts and cards. If you miss a day, just click on this page, and you can see all the posts and artwork at a glance.
You can also find all of the artwork on my Pinterest Board called An Advent Calendar of Downloadable Artwork. If you click the artwork that you like, it will lead you back here with the link to the download.
Karen, you are so sweet. I'm enjoying these gifts! ~ Sarah

Good morning Karen! You are tops. That is all there is to it...you are artiste extraordinaire! Anita
Thank you for sharing your beautiful Advent calanders, Karen! I love the birds of a feather and the idea to make a shadow box vignette with them.
Thank you Karen for these beautiful gift calendars. I love Advent calendars too.
I love all your art work!!!!!
Thanks for being so generous.
Hugs,
Darling...what's not to love...I'm so happy to have a calendar for my sewing room again. I remember the last one was a couple of years ago on the Orchard House Design. I really like the shadow box idea.
December 3rd is my birthday! I truly love this one too! I love those shadow boxes. I have always wanted to get one for my youngest son Nick. He is a freshman in college, on scholarship for running, and he still has all his "Arthur" stuff from the PBS show Arthur the Aardvark! One day I will be able to do this for him! Thank you for inspiring me!
