Catching up on things

I was browsing through my blog and I stumbled on this photo of snow and Samantha.  I always forget about snow this time of year.

Visiting gardens and designing with summer colors in mind.

My samples came back in my Delphinium Garden Collection.  They printed beautifully.

This is just a small sampling of all the fabrics.  I have never used this green before, but I love the contrast against the Delphinium blue.

There is a new contest on Spoonflower coming up with a theme of Fireflies.  I designed this collection for the contest.

More notes from my Hydrangea love with dishtowels by the yard.

RJ is walking.  He turns one years old on August 18th.  We are planning a big celebration here.  He is using up lots of energy so, he needs his Teddy Bear dreams.

Wishing you a lovely day.  I think, I will go for a walk on the sunny side of the street, and enjoy this beautiful summer day.

Speaking of summer.  I am over the moon excited, because these tickets pinned to my bulletin board are to a book signing with Susan Branch on August 19th at the Sandwich, MA Town Hall.  Yipee!  Her new book A Fine Romance is here.

All these photos of snow are making me appreciate that it's still summer.

I love how you created such a beautiful mosaic with the blues and greens...cool and calm effect.

Karen, the new Delphinium Garden Collection is fabulous. I love the apple green with the blue. Makes me want to redo a room. '-) Of course the hydrangea pieces are gorgeous too!
Good luck in the firefly contest. The fabrics are adorable. Lucky you to get to attend a book signing with Susan Branch. '-)

Hi Karen, I love your fabric designs and the blue looks lovely with that shade of green. My grandson just turned 'One' on July 4 and is always one step ahead of his parents. I just smile when they complain to me. Have a blessed day.

What a precious baby and already walking. Good for him....LOL...not for you. I love the snowy picture of your pup. A gorgeous picture scene.
I make a lot of dolls in the delph blue. I think the color rich.
Anyway I will wish with all my heart that you win the contest. Your pic. Is so beautiful. It should win.
