Pink-Saturday-lets-go-window-shopping

It's Pink Saturday again, and well I just thought it would be fun to go window shopping in search of a bit of pink. Bev is hosting Pink Saturday over at How Sweet The Sound, so please visit all the Pink Posts listed for today.

Concord is my favorite place to shop, and well,

pink-saturday-45

there is always a bit of pink in the windows.

There is a great candy shop in town...

With lots of Easter bunny sweets,

in the window...

pink-saturday-2-45

Vintage pinks anyone?

Spring flowers seem to be blooming everywhere.

And quite a few pink houses about.

That reminds me of a house in a little town when we were house hunting years ago. It was a bright pink Victorian type house. We didn't choose it, because I didn't know if I could take that much pink all the time! But it was really pretty.

I always dreamed of wearing dresses like that....unfortunately, I'm 58.....during the late 60's these were NOT the style. DARN.

The song "On The Sunny Side Of The Street" brought a tear to my eye. One of my very best friends died of breast cancer. She fought for so long and ALWAYS had the most positive attitude. I always told her how much I admired her for choosing to walk on the Sunny Side of the Street.....I miss her so much.

Hugs,
Spencer
