Pink Saturday

My creation

What it is about the pink sky that seems to whisper promises of better days ahead?

Is it the streams of pink dancing in the sky that creates the magic?

Or perhaps that is just the stars twinkling in the midst of all that pink.

Summer Pink Sky

My first art teacher taught me to look for the pink in the sky. Now I like to look for the pink in the sky because it reminds me that tomorrow will be a better day!

Wishing you pink skies on a Pink Saturday. Please stop by Bev's to read all the Pink Saturday Posts.

The song for this post is Raincoat.

What a new and fresh way to display pink my friend...again, your photos are so unique and wonderful and I do think that God has given us "color coding" to help give us a sense of peace, joy, etc. Don't forget, you will be featured as my Angel of the Month on my next post...I had to do another Father's Day post but you are next. I can't wait. Blessings, Anita

Hi Karen! It's been so long since I've been over here to visit and I realize how much I've missed your blog! These photos are just beautiful! Have you ever heard the sailor's poem to determine their forecast?

Red (pink) sky at night
Sailor's delight
Red sky at morn
Sailor's take warn

Since the sky really is pink and not red, the pink sky in the evening really does hold the promise of a nice day and calm seas!
