Actually here in hot, hot, hot New England this week, we could all use a snowman right about now.Why all this talk about snowmen, you ask. Well, Spoonflower Fabric Design lets you design your own fabrics. I have a bunch of designs that I have done, and some that I ordered for projects. Here is their web site, if you would love to design your own.
They have a wonderful blog. Each week they run a contest where you pick your favorite design from fabric submissions from all over. Then the winner is featured on their Etsy shop and you can purchase the fabrics.
Do you remember how I squealed HERE when I first found Spoonflower and got my first design back in material? Well, you could hear the squeal all across The Land of Blog.
Well, Spoonflower is having a Christmas fabric design contest this week.
I took my snowman from my original artwork and submitted my design SNOWMAN IN THE SNOWFLAKES.
Spoonflower asks people to vote on their favorite, and the winner has their fabric sold on the Spoonflower Etsy Shop. So, here is the big reveal, Squeal!!!! Spoonflower printed my Design called SNOWMAN IN THE SNOWFLAKES in mirror image for the contest.
What fun. I had a peek at some of the fabric designs submitted, and they are stunning. If you GO HERE and click on the mosaic of the entries you can vote.

We had a tornado touch down in St. Paul and in our neck of the woods, Minneapolis! I was out visiting a friend in St. Paul and on my way home, it was very dangerous!
