Comfort Inspiration

I have been feeling like I have a virus of some kind.  Just that feverish, achy feeling that makes me want to snuggle in bed watching Winnie-the-pooh episodes with a cup of tea and with a coloring book and crayons.

What is it when I get sick?  No matter how old I am...I get comfort from those comfy cozy things that I remember from my youth.

Prescription to myself:

Get comfy cozy in bed with lots of pillows
Drink a hot cup of tea
Browse a stack of inspirational books
Watch a few Winnie-the-Pooh episodes
Get plenty of rest
Drink lots of fluids
Make a list of my Blessings

Hope you get to feeling better soon. We have been passing something around here the last several weeks and I started back this afternoon with a small fever and starting to get achy again. Been fighting an ear ache most of the week and this morning has been my best day until that fever came back tonight. ARG! It's our weather, I know. Been bouncing all over the place here.

I sure hope you feel better tomorrow! I don't feel sick...just a little low. Comfort things are good for that, too! Thanks for reminding me! Big hugs coming your way! ♥

Hey sweet friend....I sure hope you're feeling better! I love your descriptions, especially a new box of crayons....that was my favorite, and super nice if it was a big box of 64.
Take care!

Sounds wonderful if you were feeling well. ☺ Personally, I like to pop a pill, knock myself out, and sleep whatever it is off. I wouldn't mind falling asleep to Christmas music, though. Feel better, rest, and keep taking good care of yourself.

Oh no, hope you feel better very soon. There is something about Winnie to help you feel better. A big blanket and sleep. Rest wonderful lady. hugs.

And so begins the season of cold and flu! It's been going around, I can attest to that! Hope you feel better real soon. In the meantime, baby yourself, put your feet up and watch those Winnie the Pooh movies and don't listen to the pull of the "to do" list. It can wait until you feel better:>)
