Textures, Gratitude and the little things

It's that time of the week when Kim Klassen hosts Texture Tuesday.

grasshopperThis little guy really captured my attention early one morning when I was having a cup of coffee on the deck.

 This week's theme is Gratitude...

grasshopperAfter long thoughts of all the things I am grateful for, I thought I feel gratitude for so many things...

Kim asked us to use two textures, I chose:
KK cool grunge
and KK black and white.

Thank you for the little things

So, stop by and visit the Kim Klassen Cafe and see all the Gratitude.

I hope that you have a delightfully fabulous day,
filled with
reminders
of all the things
that make your
heart filled
with Gratitude.

grasshopperI am grateful for so many things, especially my girls...so I chose one of my favorite songs for this post.   The Love of My Life, sung by Carly Simon.

Oh Karen.
What a honey of a post!
And a star he really is.
Gorgeous editing and such a playful concept. The laundry scene is also wonderful. I so enjoyed this post, even though I am not fully awake yet :-)

The grasshopper is such a delightful little guy! He is a great metaphor for the "little things" that we see and experience each day but sometimes don't stop and look at closely enough to really appreciate their beauty:>)
