Baby Shower Inspiration

This has been my view most of the week.  Wish I could say I feel better, but this virus still has it's grip.

I am so grateful to my mom who always handed me a coloring book and a box of crayons when I was sick as a child.

So, I have been getting plenty of rest, drinking lots of tea, and creating things for the baby shower next month.  I created an inspiration board...there always has to be an inspiration board.  I created the Diaper Cake last week.

I'll share more when all the decorations are done.

I designed fabric out of my baby shower invitation.  I found an easy and inexpensive way to create a lovely shower invitation, which I will share when I am feeling better.

Don't worry my daughter doesn't read my blog, she's a Facebook kinda gal.  These are going to be the top design on the favor boxes, which my friend Karen is helping me create.

My new fabric is due to arrive this week, along with my Sea Horse fabric.  The theme is baby Sea Creatures.   I am going to create rosettes for my chandelier shades using my fabric and Vintage flower petals. I am also thinking table runner.

I designed this banner this morning using my Sea Horse design and some lovely graphics from Sonya of Sonya Heart Designs on Etsy.  I scanned my design to size to the sea green card stock.  I just printed them out and now I will cut the overlay design and paste it to the sea green card stock this afternoon.

As my gift for you stopping by today, and for my Pink Saturday friends over at Bev's How Sweet The Sound, I created some stationery for you to download.  I chose t his week's theme to be Little Ballerina. To download your stationery click  Page One. to download and  Page Two, to download page two.  You don't have to wait for the downloading circle to stop, just click on the download button.

ishing you a beautiful weekend, with lots of blue sky,  stacks of coloring books and a new box of crayons for you to color your day with
your favorite colors.

Well I'm wishing that you will feel a whole lot better! This has gone on quite long enough. How fun for you to be planning, though. It's always good to have something to plan for. Your creativity is sparking all over the place!

Oh beautiful soul,

I wish you health and happiness as you color AWAY!!! Yes, my mum always gave me brown paper bags (we were poor) and a stub of a pencil when I was sick. I drew my heart out and illustrated all that was around me.

Have a gentle day my dear. Anita

Hello there sweet friend!

THANK YOU for coming to hover over England with me today. Oh how I love to fly to Europe. I will never forget as I was going to France, all I saw above England was green fields with little puffy white dots...hmmm, I thought. Then I learned that those were SHEEP! Ahhhhh the simple life.

THANK YOU for putting the button on the sidebar!!

Have fun creating! Anita
