Pink roses always make me smile. Vee from A Haven from Vee also makes me smile. She said that we always name storms, why don't we name the beautiful days. Don't you love that thought?
I found a lovely flower market in Harvard Square the other day. It reminded me that Spring is just around the corner...punctuated by snowy days of course.
Once upon a time, I used to go to the flower market in Happy Valley in Hong Kong every morning. When I saw the flower market in Harvard Square it made me yearn to sit with a cup of tea and bring to mind some old memories of my walks to Happy Valley's market.
I wish I had taken photos to share with you.
Speaking of sharing, if any image that I have shared in this post speaks to your heart, please take it home. Wishing you Bouquets of Pink Roses on a January day
Thank you my dear, I need them. Thank YOU!!! Anita

Your pictures of flowers are just lovely!..Christine
Your roses are beautiful. I just bought some white roses today. They seemed serene and they are going into my bedroom.

I love that song! A kiss to build a dream on... Ahhh... Well, technically, I didn't say that good days should have names...John did...and even then he was being facetious. But if I ever have one of those marvelous days, maybe I will. I think I'd name today "A Beautiful Karen of a Day."
Happy Pink Saturday, my dear Karen. I've missed you.
I agree we should should name happy days, too.
Give your sweet boy a kiss from me.
