Architecture Inspiration

Such a beautiful building in Wellesley, it's the Wellesley Town Hall which was completed in 1886. Today's song is from the movie about Wellesley College, Mona Lisa Smile, 2003.  A really lovely movie.

Mary from Little Red House is hosting a Thursday share, this week's prompt is Architecture.

It's pretty difficult to walk around the campus of Wellesley or in the town and not be struck with the beauty and history of it's architecture.
Please stop by and visit Mary's Little Red House to see more Architecture inspiration.

GO FRANK L. WRIGHT! BRAVO!

It all starts here:

Start with your heart
Finish with your head.

For both architects and writers, you must go with what comes from your heart. Then once the idea is down, perfect it with the tools necessary to polish and perfect.

Oh Karen, how I remember Wellesley so well. What a gorgeous suburb! Anita

All that stonework is impressive, as is the clock which is set in.

Saw your first photo on FB this morning, Karen, and I'm so glad you have included another, as well as that marvelous quotation! It could, of course, apply equally as well to photography! :)

Thanks for contributing to Thursday's Inspiration. xoxo

These are great pictures of Wellesley Town Hall, Karen. I especially love the clock on the face of the building. Is most of the town this same type of architecture? If so, how pretty!

Thanks for sharing and have a great day.

The architecture is so beautiful, and Mr. Wright's quote inspiring indeed. As always, love the music and Mona Lisa is a favorite movie of mine.
Thank you for stopping by the shop, Karen. Wishing you a lovely weekend.
