A New York State of Mind

When I was in NYC, I took a few fun photos.  I walked through Central Park to FAO Schwartz to buy RJ a stuffed animal.

My camera was along for the walk, and I found lots of interesting things to memorize.

Central Park is so lovely.  I especially love the horse and Hansom Cab scenes.

Central Park is always filled with lovely scenes to memorize.
New York is so much fun in the summer.

Wishing you a lovely day.

I'm from NY and it's the most beautiful city in the world to me! I grew up in Astoria-Queens, therefore NYC was so close and Central Park was like our back yard, lol...Thanks for sharing such gorgeous shots of the BIG APPLE. Hugs,
FABBY

A busy, beautiful place. I'm so curious about your shopping experience at FAO Schwartz. It's one of those things I'd like to do IF...

Oh Karen, I love NYC TOO! I'll never forget my one and only trip there with my husband who is from the Bronx; we had such a great time from sun up to sun down. Good to see your travel pictures! I've missed you. Anita

You have definitely captured the heart and soul of NYC in your pictures, Karen! I've only been once and on my next trip I plan one whole day of exploring Central Park!

XO,
Jane

Oh sweet Karen, does our dear Lord ever have new surprises in His plan, doesn't He!!!!!!!!!! One this is for sure, He is in the education business. He wants us to learn something, and what that "something" is, we are not always aware. May your new journey (I remember what it is...) be one that will be even better than what you imagined or even feared. We are almost in the same place....the unknowns are always so hard.

Thank you for coming by my dear. Anita

I have never been to New York! It looks much prettier than I imagined. I'm not much of a city girl, but a hansom cab ride through the park would certainly appeal to me:>) Glad you had fun!
