Lemon trees and magical moments

When my daughter Sarah was a little girl, she loved the song Lemon Tree.

Last weekend we went to Tower Hill Botanical Garden to photograph some flowers for her guest book. Sarah is getting married in September.

I have created guest books for all kinds of subjects and this one will be created especially  for Sarah and Mike for their wedding day.

Leaves always remind me of nature's heart shaped bunting.
And garden gates always make me think of The Secret Garden.

Memorizing things that make me smile...like Daffodils and spending time with Sarah.

The best part about a wedding is the joy of dreaming and planning.  The joy is always found in the details.  Each detail helps create a window into the bride and groom's personality together.

Well, I hope that you have a magical day, and take some time to stand still and memorize the moment.

Here are two more memorized moments...

Good morning Karen! I have a wedding to plan for August so I am very interested in your planning! Botanical gardens in Spring just make my heart sing, don't they do that to you too? What a wonderful place to find photos for the guest book. Blurb is such a great company too, I've made one year of my blog into a hardcover book and am working on another.
Those boys are so precious, I love the smiling, sleeping baby pic. What precious angels:>)

Good Morning Karen, what a beautiful post filled with love and joy. What beautiful photos from the Botanical Garden.
Your guest book for Sarah will be wonderful and a true treasure.

The little ones are darling. Love sweet RJ on Easter morning and the look on the baby's face is so sweet. A peaceful little sleepy smile.
Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful day sweet friend.

Oh, I agree, friend...the best part of a wedding is the dreaming and planning...the details. Love this rendition of Lemon Tree, and knowing me I'd find a way to work lemons into those details. Lemon lover here.
Your photographs are dreamy and those faces are pure sunshine. :)

DEAREST FRIEND! Oh Karen, I just happened to see your comment on my older post! Oh my friend, please do write when you can when you find out more details of your prognosis? I am with you, totally! Thank you so much for coming to visit; I know you are very busy these days with these ADORABLE BABIES and the moving and such, and I love your writing and photos, always!

May everything turn out just perfectly, and may you know the PEACE of God. I am having to trust in a new way these days with some health issues too....and I so loved what you said at the end of your comment about that particular person who left me that message....I wish everyone thought like you and I agree with you.

OK, PEACE, HEALING and much love! Anita
